He also asked any suggestions I would like to offer in order to make the customer experience better. He apologized for letting it get that way and admitted that its something that they had gotten so used to they didnt even notice the problem but appreciated bringing it to their attention. I will continue to use them!**Update**The same day I posted this review, the owner called me personally thanking me for pointing out the condition of the office. The only criticisms I think should be addressed are the cleanliness of the front office and to improve the professionalism over the phone. Extremely fast turn around and good service.
My car is also 17 years old not 20+ :) I simply left an honest review clearly this business is not professional enough to handle constructive criticism. Why would I drive 30 minutes from my house just to shame a business? You look unprofessional by blaming the age of my car on the quality of y’all’s work, I’ve seen cars older than mine with a much better job done. I was referred by someone thinking I would get a good job done NOT with the intention to “burn” y’all with pictures or bad intentions. As a business you should make sure your workers provide the best service possible instead of going after the customers. I was not rude I simply came in saying I needed it fixed and the receptionist had a bad attitude. If y’all are an appointment based business, then that should have been communicated with me through the phone considering I was polite enough to call first before heading over there. So I don’t understand why you’re saying I came last minute. For the price and the hassle it’s not worth coming here.For the response to the owner: I did not come in last minute I came in before y’all even opened the first time, and the second time I came in at 9 AM. After the second time I got it done it still has the small bubbles and they never went away. The first time I had it done I noticed a bunch of tiny bubbles and they told me it would go away within a couple days. She also had a bad attitude and was rude. When I showed up the receptionist tried to send me home by telling me I needed an appointment. I had called a few days prior to taking it and they told me to go on a Wednesday.
I had to drive all the way back a second time in order to get it fixed. I took it the first time and they left a huge bubble on my rear windshield. I don’t recommend this place for window tints. Thank you Pulse Audio not only for doing an amazing job on my windows, but for having the right people to make you a stronger business. After I left I received a call from a staff member asking what I thought they could do to make it better, so I shared my thoughts.This type of reach out where they took the time to reach out to be better, to earn those five stars is exactly why I recommend this place.
After having my windows tinted, there was a small issue with one of the windows but it was fixed on the spot, no questions asked after I pointed it out.(reason for 4 stars). Call and make an appointment Lifetime warranty is hard to beat.UPDATE:I have updated my review to five stars from four, heres why.
If you are looking for tint, have it done here. They have a great selection of tint which include higher uv blockage. I noticed a difference immediately while driving. Staff is friendly and those who I spoke with are knowledgeable.
